What is the return policy?
If you purchase a full price dress through our online store, you may return the dress within 5 business days if it didn't work for you. Shipping will not be included in the refund. ALL SALES ARE FINAL in store!
What are the store hours?
We are open Monday-Saturday!
Mon-Fri 11:00am-5:30pm
Saturday 10:00am-5:00pm
Are you a consignment store?
No we are not! We DO NOT accept any consignment, secondhand, used, or previously bought dresses. This applies for wedding dresses and all other dresses sold in our store. All of our wedding dresses and other modest dresses are brand new, bought from designers.
What is the average length of a bridal appointment?
The average appointment time is about 1.5 hours, but we don't like to limit you. We want you to take as much time as you need - take pictures, FaceTime your family and friends, talk it over - we don't want you to feel rushed. We've had brides fall in love with a dress in as little as 30 minutes, but if it takes 2 hours or more that's just fine!
What are the prices of your wedding dresses?
Our dresses start at $850 and go up to $2500. The average price of a wedding dress in our store is currently $1200. We have some clearance wedding dresses that are $350 and up.
Do you provide alterations at your store?
Our main seamstress that we use will come to our store and do your fittings for alterations that are needed on your dress. We know multiple seamstresses that we can refer you to who we trust and know very well. Once you purchase your bridal gown from us, you deal directly with the alterations person (make a separate appointment, pay the alterations person separately).
How many guests may I invite to a bridal appointment?
We have seating for 4-5 guests maximum. If you want to bring more guests than the allotted amount, please call us for approval. If you bring small children you will be responsible to keep them from wandering and touching dresses or accessories. Please no food or drink allowed!
Do you rent wedding dresses or prom dresses?
We do not rent any dresses. We only sell new dresses that you will own and keep!
Do you clean wedding dresses?
If your wedding dress has any marks on it from it being tried on at the store, we take full responsibility for that and will clean it after it is purchased! We are not responsible for your dress after it leaves our store.
